China cymbal

These are different to any other type of cymbal in that they have a folded back edge portion. This shape delivers a particular 'trashy' type of sound. Chinese cymbals are used like crash cymbals but have a particular 'dark' flavour.

Sizes are similar to crash cymbals 10 - 20" diameter with the standards being in the range 14" - 18" diameter
